About

Game Vision

Player is a aspiring villain. Kick over trash cans, break windows and anything else you can to get some “Street Cred”. Get s“Street Cred” to obtain weapons and rule your hood. Power up will give you the option of double jumps to make getting to higher areas to collect items or hide from the cops. Or speed past anyone to loose them in the chase. Keep up with the intimidation and get moved up in the organization to become the boss. This is your hood.

Player Agency

Player will be able to navigate and interact to gain XP/ Street Cred through the interactions with the level.

Clarity and Learnability

The levels will teach the player that through interacting with the environment that the street cred will turn into items to assist with navigating and leveling up. When the player knocks over trash cans they will get XP points that can add up to double jump or speed power ups as well as weapons. Bottle, Brass Knuckles, and knifes ect….

Reward and Punishment

Through the actions of the player they will also inter act with NPC that will attack and cause damage. When/ if the player is defeated their weapons will be taken away on respawn. So the player will have to regain those objects. If the player defeats the NPC there will be a reward such as XP or power ups followed by level ups.

Feedback

Sounds when the power ups and other collectable will indicate when the player interacts with them. There will also be a HUD giving all the info needed to collect items. Also when interacting with the NPC’s.

Iteration and Variation

As the player levels up the difficulty will increase as well has there will be additions to the players ability. Going from knocking over cans and getting weapons to breaking windows also using more destructive weapons then using a grappling hook to start breaking and entering.
