Role: Lead Combat Designer...

About

Role: Lead Combat Designer for an Asymmetrical Horror Game.
Project: Sonic EXE: The Rise of the Demons (1v8).
The Mechanic Data (from Documentation):
Survivor Health: 100 HP.
Downed State: Occurs at 0 HP. Gain 300 Blood Points (BP).
Bleedout: -3 BP every 0.5 seconds (Total 50 seconds to bleed out if not slowed).
Recovery: Survivors can spam 'Space' to slow bleeding and crawl faster.
Revival Stats: Revived survivors return with only 35 HP. If they hit 0 HP again, they are permanently eliminated from the survivor team.
The Snowball (Minions): Dead survivors choose to become Minions. Minions can "Instant Break" completed objectives.
The Grab (Kolossos): 5 DMG/sec + 15 DMG per punch. Can down a survivor in roughly 6.5 seconds.
Analysis Request:
The "Double Jeopardy" Problem: Survivors return with only 35 HP. Calculate the "Re-Down Time." If the EXE stays near a revived survivor, how many seconds of gameplay do they actually have before becoming a Minion? Is 35 HP too low for a 1v8 match where the EXE has 7 other targets?
The Bleedout Pressure: With 8 survivors, "Slugging" (leaving survivors on the ground) is a common strategy. At -6 BP per second, 50 seconds is the limit. Calculate if this 50-second window is enough to force the other 7 survivors to stop objectives to rescue, or if they will simply let the teammate die to progress the 3 Generators.
The Minion Tipping Point: As survivors fail the 35 HP "Second Chance," the Minion team grows. Calculate the mathematical "Point of No Return" where the number of Minions instantly breaking generators makes it impossible for the remaining survivors to finish the 3 Anchors.
Kolossos Grab vs. Team Size: In a 1v8, a 6.5-second "Instant Down" is powerful. Calculate if the other 7 survivors can "Bodyblock" or stun the EXE during the grab animation to save the victim.
Output Needed:
HP Adjustment Recommendation: Is 35 HP for a revived survivor fair, or should it scale based on how many generators are left?
Rescue Time vs. Objective Time: A table showing how many "Survivor Seconds" are lost during a rescue attempt versus the 30-second Reality Anchor sync.
Minion Cap Suggestion: Should there be a limit on how many Minions can "Instant Break" objectives at once to prevent a total game stalemate?
