We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant based in Europe to contribute to the expansion of our customer base and the new targeted industries. You will


  • Engage with medium and large clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on how our system dynamics can address specific client needs.
  • Drive the development of the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the market presence of our company.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations, highlighting the capabilities of our tool in leveraging system dynamics for business success.
  • Tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, positioning yourself as an expert in system dynamics solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address client feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the distribution and adoption of our tools.



  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role, preferably in advising on tools or solutions utilizing system dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of system dynamics principles and their practical application in business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Track record of successfully advising clients and meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
