You will
Engage with medium and large clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
Provide expert advice on how our system dynamics can address specific client needs.
Drive the development of the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the market presence of our company.
Conduct in-depth product presentations, highlighting the capabilities of our tool in leveraging system dynamics for business success.
Tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor, positioning yourself as an expert in system dynamics solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address client feedback.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the distribution and adoption of our tools.
Profile
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role, preferably in advising on tools or solutions utilizing system dynamics.
Strong understanding of system dynamics principles and their practical application in business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with medium and large enterprise clients.
Track record of successfully advising clients and meeting sales targets.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
